We believe the “magic” is in the details. You agree to describe your items with radical honesty.

• Materials: If a crystal is heat-treated or a “silver” ring is plated, say so.
• Sourcing: We prioritize ethically sourced natural materials. If you claim an item is “fair trade” or “organic,” be prepared to provide documentation upon request.

We celebrate spiritual exploration, not exploitation.

• Claims: Never promise a medical cure, financial windfall, or guaranteed supernatural outcome.
• Empowerment: Focus on the intention and craft of the object rather than a “guaranteed result.” We sell tools for the journey, not shortcuts to a destination.

To maintain a high-end marketplace feel, communication must be crisp.

• Responsiveness: Vendors must acknowledge customer inquiries and platform communications within 72 hours.
• Shipping: Orders must be fulfilled within your stated processing times. Consistent delays damage the collective reputation of all WGG vendors.

• Originality: We do not tolerate “copy-pasting” other artists’ designs
• Authenticity: using AI-generated imagery to represent physical handmade goods is not honest or authentic.

Your presence on WGG is a partnership.

• Parity: Do not treat WGG customers as “secondary” by charging them more than your direct website customers.
• Circumvention: Keep the transaction where the discovery happened. Redirecting WGG fans to your private PayPal or Venmo to avoid platform fees is a breach of our community trust.

• Aesthetics: Maintain high-quality photography that reflects the “Weird Girl” aesthetic.
• Environment: Ensure your physical setups (if shown) and digital presence reflect a professional, verified business structure.
